This special centenary edition begins with messages of recognition and encouragement from two Prime Ministers, past and present.

In the inaugural issue of The Queensland Digger, published on 15 April 1925, then-Prime Minister Stanley Bruce wrote a letter commending RSL Queensland for fostering comradeship and providing "a great and noble service to Australia."
