Surfers Paradise RSL Sub Branch offers great service and great atmosphere for Veterans and their Guests, and for tourist visiting this outstanding destination.

Located in the Gold Coast most popular tourist destinations, we are just a stone’s throw away from the light rail and the taxi rank is just outside our doors. The beautiful Surfers Paradise Beach is only 5 mins away.  

The Surfers Paradise Sub Branch is part of the Gold Coast District of RSL Queensland. 

History

Founded in 1953 with a small band of local ex-servicemen.  Our RSL Club opened its doors in 1960 the town had only one high-rise building.

Our RSL has been an integral part of the community. We provide social connection for all ex-service men and women and their guests, and a friendly smile and a welcomed rest for all of those who are travelling
