    Official renewal communications will come directly from RSL Queensland. The renewal link is unique to you and SMS reminders will never include links.

    How online renewal works

    Review your membership information

    Your renewal link will take you to a personalised, secure renewal page. Review your information carefully before continuing.

    Confirm your renewal details

    If your details are correct, continue with your renewal. If any information is incorrect, contact your local RSL Sub Branch or the Memberships team before proceeding.

    Complete your payment

    Enter your payment details using the secure online payment form.

    Renewal confirmed

    Once your renewal payment has been processed, you’ll receive confirmation that you have renewed your membership for 2027. To request a receipt of the transaction, enter your email address when prompted.

    No. The online option is available for members who would like to use it, but you can still renew in-person through your local RSL Sub Branch.

    Not at all. Your membership remains exactly the same, including your connection to your local RSL Sub Branch and the wider RSL Queensland community.

    You'll be taken to a personalised, secure renewal page where you can review your details, confirm your membership and complete your renewal payment.

    Once you've completed your renewal, you'll receive confirmation that your membership has been renewed for the 2027 membership year. Your new membership card will be sent to you in the mail.
