Meet, Move, make for a more connected life

Rec Connect (formerly Active Lifestyles) helps veterans and their families connect through a diverse calendar of recreational events. Be it active, creative, outdoors or indoors, each RSL Rec Connect event is designed to help participants feel happier and more connected with others.

Rec Connect events are held throughout the year in various locations across Queensland. There’s something to suit all interests and fitness levels, and it’s a great chance to meet other veterans and their families.
